Meet Our Founder – Sushmitha K G

The visionary founder of Aliment. A qualified Food Technology professional with an M.Tech in Food technology from Jain University and a B.E in Biotechnology from NMAMIT, Nitte. Sushmitha is a first generation entrepreneur from the lush hills of Kodagu (Coorg). Raised in a family of passionate agriculturists nurturing organic crops for generations.Bringing a unique blend of scientific knowledge and practical insights to the food industry. She draws deep inspiration from nature’s purity to deliver authenticity, nutrition, and innovation in the food industry.

Expertise & Experience

A seasoned Food Technician and food safety expert, Sushmitha excels in food product formulation, raw material analysis, laboratory testing, process optimization for packaging and finished products. She ensures food safety, GMP, GHP, GLP, FSSAI, and legal metrology compliance through daily production inspections, HACCP implementation, customer complaint resolution, market visits with consumer quality indexing, pest management, housekeeping, ERP reporting, training, and audits. Her specialized skills include plant tissue culture and greenhouse technology.Translating biotech science into practical food solutions.
